"A INJUSTIÇA QUEIMA A ALMA E PERECE A CARNE!".

ATENTADO A DIGNIDADE HUMANA E AOS DIREITOS HUMANOS.

Fui um dos acusados inocentes da chacina de Vigário Geral em 1993. Preso disciplinar por "não atualizar endereço". No CD (conselho disciplinar /ADM) provei tê-lo informado, entretanto fui excluído pela acusação da chacina. Vários princípios constitucionais do artigo 5º da Constituição da República Federativa Brasileira foram feridos, “O DEVIDO PROCESSO LEGAL”, entre outros.de igual gravidade, como também tratados internacionais ratificados pelo Brasil. Libelado por não informar endereço, entretanto excluído pela chacina sem ser ainda julgado (Tribunal de exceção). No BP-Choque prestei depoimento sob efeito de tranqüilizantes, no CD (conselho disciplinar), com conhecimento dos oficiais, membros. No BP- Choque fomos torturados com granadas de efeito moral às vésperas do depoimento no II TJ, cujos fragmentos foram apresentados à juíza, que enviou a perícia, consta nos autos, mas nada aconteceu conclusivamente. Na véspera do natal de 1993, quando transferido para a POLINTER, protestei aos gritos a injustiça e no curso fui enviado ao hospital de loucos, em Bangu, mas por não ter sido aceito, retornei e, em dias, fui transferido para Água Santa. Neste também fui agredido e informei no dia seguinte em juízo, estando com ferimentos, mas nem fui submetido à perícia. Transferido para o Frei Caneca (UPE), pude ajudar a gravar as fitas com as confissões cujas 23 inocentes puderam alcançar a liberdade e, transferido para o CPI/PM (COMANDO DE POLICIAMENTO DO INTERIOR). Após a perícia das fitas, fui solto provisoriamente; Dei entrevistas me defendendo e tive minha liberdade provisória caçada e enviado ao 12ºBPM, acredito, para me silenciarem. No júri fui absolvido. Meus pedidos de reintegração nunca foram respondidos até há alguns dias, quando um Coronel PM informou via correspondência que meu direito processual havia precuído, esperaram o tempo passar para não discutirem o meu direito material. Tive um filho com 18 anos, assassinado por vingança, tive vários atentados e um deles me aleijou a perna esquerda, com limitação parcial, sofro de diabete, enfartei aos 38 anos, possuo um tumor na tireóide. Tento reintegração em ação rescisória Processo No 2005.006.00322 TJRJ com pedido de tutela antecipada para cirurgia no HPM buscando extração do tumor.Portanto vários atentados à minha dignidade humana e direitos constitucionais indisponíveis foram cometidos. As pessoas responsáveis nunca responderão por diversas prisões de inocentes? Afinal foram 23 inocentes presos (PROCESSO VIGÁRIO I) por quase quatro anos com similares seqüelas. Ajudem-me a resgatar minha dignidade. No menor prazo possível estarei providenciando os documentos, todavia esclarece que alguns destes, foram extraviados, quando sofri o assalto descrito na denúncia, cujos foram levados no carro que me levaram; seria necessário desentranhamento dos meus depoimentos no processo da chacina do II TJ. A injustiça queima a alma e perece a carne!Com fundamentos na CRFB, artigo 5º; 127º; 129º, I, II, e VII; na LEI COMPLEMENTAR ESTADUAL Nº 106/03, artigos 36º; 37º, I, II, III; 38º, I e III e IV; 39º, VIII e os tratados internacionais de Direitos Humanos, suplico providências para que os transgressores respondam na forma da lei as violências, levando também em conta os Direitos Humanos do noticiante, destas irregularidades.

Transféré pour le Frei Canette (UPE), j'ai pu aider à enregistrer les rubans avec les confessions dont les 23 innocentes ont pu atteindre la liberté et, transféré pour la CPI/PM (COMANDO DE POLICIAMENTO de l'INTÉRIEUR). Après l'habileté des rubans, j'ai été libéré provisoirement ; J'ai donné des entrevues en me défendant et ai eu ma liberté provisoire chassée et envoyée à la 12ºBPM, crois, pour que se fassent taire. Dans le jury j'ai été acquitté. Mon des demandes de réintégration jamais ont été répondus jusqu'à ont quelques jours, quand un Colonel pm a informé manière correspondance que mon droit processif avait precuído, ont attendu le temps passer pour ne pas discuter mon droit matériel. J'ai eu un fils avec 18 ans, assassiné par vengeance, ai eu plusieurs attentats et un d'eux m'a blessé la jambe gauche, avec limitation partielle, souffre de diabète, ai engorgé à 38 ans, possède une tumeur dans la tireóide. J'essaye réintégration dans action rescisoire Processus Dans 2005.006.00322 TJRJ avec demande de tutelle anticipée pour chirurgie dans HPM en cherchant extraction de la tumeur. Donc plusieurs attentats à ma dignité humaine et droits constitutionnels indisponibles ont été commis. Les personnes responsables jamais ne répondront pas par de diverses prisons d'innocents ? Ils après tout ont été 23 innocents emprisonnés (PROCESSUS VICAIRE I) par presque quatre ans avec de semblables s3quelles. Ils me aident à sauver ma dignité. Dans un moindre délai possible je fournirai les documents, néanmoins il éclaircit que certains de ceux-ci, ont été détournés, quand j'ai souffert l'assaut décrit dans la dénonciation, dont ils ont été pris dans la voiture qui m'ont prise ; ce serait nécessaire élimination de mes dépôts dans le processus de la tuerie de II TJ. L'injustice brûle l'âme et périt la viande !
