Developer / Blog / Netlog at the Google Developer Days!
We're getting ready to leave for the second European Google Developer Day in Paris, tomorrow. Might be short notice, but we definitely wanted you to know, we'll be present at these conferences in the next months.
The one day Google Developer get-togethers have several sessions and code labs about several Google developer products. That includes sessions on how to build social applications for the OpenSocial platform.
OpenSocial is an open specification defining a common API that works on many different social websites, including Netlog, MySpace, Plaxo, Salesforce.com and LinkedIn, among others. This allows developers to learn one API, then write a social application for any of those sites: Learn once, write anywhere.
If you're around, and interested in OpenSocial and getting an app running on Netlog, be sure to get in touch with us. We'll be glad to get you kick-started on Netlog, explain how our sandbox works, the support we offer and answer any other questions you might have. We're doing a presentation on when and how we're supporting OpenSocial on our pan-European social network.
